TO SAVE A PICTURE FROM THE INTERNET:
1. Find a picture you like.
2. Right click over the picture.
3. Click “Save picture as.”
4. Give the picture a name and put it in a folder on your computer where you will be able to find it later. I would suggest using your network drive (with your initials) at school or MY PICTURES. If you are using your laptop, save it in your common folder.
TO INSERT AN ANIMATED PICTURE
Make sure the picture saved.
1. Either before or after you have typed your post—but before you save it—click on the icon that looks like mountains (next to the 1-2-3) for a picture.
2. Click Browse.
3. Find the folder where the picture/document was saved
4. Find the title of the picture/document.
5. Click INSERT IMAGE.
6. CLICK ON USE CUSTOM SETTINGS.
7. UNCHECK CREATE A THUMBNAIL AND POPUP IMAGE (the last two).
8. INSERT IMAGE..
9. Click save.
10. Publishing dots will come up.
11. YES. . . nonsecure items are FINE!!!
12. Click view weblog to check out your hard work!
