End of Year

Don't forget this Wednesday is our 5th Grade Luncheon!  We will be the third class to be seated with our guests, so it won't be till 11:50 before we get in the cafeteria.  Reservations were due last week.

We want to decorate the cafeteria for the luncheon with pictures from our years at Eastvalley.  Look through your old pictures and send in about 5 pictures from your child's elementary career.  Send them in by Tuesday with your child's name on the back, so we can be sure to get them back to you. Thank you!  We will all enjoy looking at them :)

Don't forget about early release Thursday and Friday of this last week of school.  Our 5th Grade Walk of Honor will now be at 1:00 on Friday. You don't want to miss your child being cheered on by the rest of the students while they walk the halls for the last time as an elementary student.

Early Release-Thursday, May 20 and Friday, May 21

On Thursday, May 20th and Friday, May 21st,  the last 2 days of school, Cobb County will follow the early release schedule below:
 
High Schools:        ALL Students released at 11:30 a.m. (no regular dismissal at 3:30 p.m.)
Middle Schools:     Students released at 12:30 p.m.
Elem. Schools:      Students released at 1:30 p.m. 
Please be in carpool line for the 1:30 dismissal.  Expect the buses to be at bus stops approximately 1 hour early, so please have someone waiting to pick up the children.  

NO ITEMS may be brought to school on Friday, May 21.  This includes book bags or lunch boxes (use disposable bags, please). Thanks for your cooperation.

The Walk of Honor will now be at 1:00 due to the Early Release schedule on the last day of school.  We hope to see you there!!!
