Your child came home with information about our latest school membership website IXL. Your child has learned how to navigate this site in class and we have done some of the activities together. Please use the following link and have your child type in his/her username and password provided on the paper sent home. We will continue to use this site in class to practice/introduce math skills. This is a great resource for your child to use during the remainder of the school year, as well as this summer to prepare for 1st grade.

Thanks to our wonderful PTA, Foundation and parents for a terrific teacher appreciation week! The Eastvalley Staff was treated each day with lunch, desserts, breakfast or other goodies. I love working with your children each and every day, but this week made us ALL feel so pampered. Thanks to everyone who helped out!
What? Another fieldtrip? UPS Field Trip
Some of you have already returned your permission slip for our upcoming UPS field trip. THANKS! Please talk with your child this weekend about what special person they want to write a letter to. We will begin writing our letters this week! Please send back the name and address of your child's special letter recipiant. Try to send in the permission if you haven't had the chance. We go on the trip March 30th.
We are sending home another permission slip for our fieldtrip to Wheeler High School to see Alice in Wonderland. We are planning to go on this trip on April10th. Try to remember to send in the permission slip ASAP because we go the Tuesday right after Spring break.
