It's that time of year again! Time to tell our loved ones how much we care. Today in Mrs. Orr's class, we practiced saying some fun valentine poems about pigs and cows. Then we reread "Arthur's Valentine" by Marc Brown. We played a fun game of hearts to challenge our knowledge about the story elements of Arthur's story. Candy hearts was a great reward. In Ms. Friedman's class we did a participation activity for Valerie's Valentine and talked about what Valerie loved and what we loved. We finished by making a pretty heart valentine for the ones we love most, Mom and Dad!
